Question 1

Is SkyMind Travel free to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes — trip planning is free. You can generate itineraries, download PDFs, and share links at no cost. We earn a small commission when you book flights or hotels through our partners, at no extra cost to you.

Question 2

How does SkyMind Travel actually plan my trip?

Accepted Answer

You describe your trip in plain English (destination, dates, vibe, budget). Our AI blends flight and hotel availability, destination knowledge, and your preferences to produce a full day-by-day itinerary in seconds.

Question 3

Do you actually book the flights and hotels?

Accepted Answer

No — SkyMind Travel is a planner. When you're happy with your trip, we hand you off to trusted partners such as Klook and Kiwi.com via 'Book now' buttons to complete the reservation on their site.

Question 4

Can I save my trips?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Create a free account and every trip you plan is saved to 'My Trips'. You can revisit, share, or export any trip anytime.

Question 5

How accurate are the prices you show?

Accepted Answer

Prices are estimates unless marked with a provider lookup time. Fares can change or expire; always confirm the final amount on the partner's booking site.

Question 6

Can I share my itinerary with friends or family?

Accepted Answer

Every saved trip gets a unique share link. Recipients can view the full itinerary in their browser — no account required.

Question 7

Does SkyMind Travel support multi-city / multi-destination trips?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Describe what you want (e.g. 'Rome, Florence, then Amalfi Coast over 10 days') and the planner produces flights, hotels, and per-day plans for each stop.

Question 8

How is my data handled?

Accepted Answer

We only store what's needed to run your trips (search inputs, saved itineraries, account email). We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Question 9

Can I export my trip to my calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every itinerary can be downloaded as a .ics file that imports directly into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.

Question 10

How do I get support?

Accepted Answer
