Seller: These Terms are a contract between you and SkyMind Travel (“we”, “us”), operator of SkyMind Travel. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase SkyMind Travel Pro.
SkyMind Travel is an AI-powered travel-planning assistant. We generate itineraries, flight and hotel suggestions, packing lists, and related content. We do not sell flights, hotels, or other travel products directly — bookings are completed on third-party partner sites, which have their own terms.
SkyMind Travel Pro subscriptions are sold by SkyMind Travel and paid through PayPal, our payment processor. We never receive or store your card details. Customer service for your subscription is provided by us.
Payments are handled by PayPal under PayPal's User Agreement. Our Refund Policy offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled from your account or your PayPal automatic payments settings.
You must not misuse the service. In particular you may not: (a) use it unlawfully or to facilitate fraud, spam, or harassment; (b) infringe intellectual-property rights of others; (c) probe, scan, attack, or reverse-engineer the service; (d) attempt to circumvent AI usage limits or authentication; (e) resell or redistribute AI outputs at scale in a way that competes with the service.
Itineraries, prices, schedules, packing lists, and recommendations produced by SkyMind Travel are AI estimates. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying every important detail (prices, visas, times, availability) on the operator's official site before booking or traveling, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. SkyMind Travel outputs are not professional advice.
We may filter, refuse, or remove prompts and outputs that violate these Terms or applicable law, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
SkyMind Travel retains all rights, title, and interest in SkyMind Travel, including its software, models, prompts, branding, and documentation. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan.
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information you provide.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
We are not a party to bookings made on partner sites and are not responsible for their products, prices, availability, cancellations, or refunds. Your booking contract is with the relevant partner, airline, hotel, insurer, or other travel provider. Some outbound links are affiliate links; see our Affiliate Disclosure.
SkyMind Travel is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
